The following terms of use apply only to the use of and purchases from Legal Promotions, Inc. ("LPI") website at www.theautofile.com. The terms "you", "your" and "yours" refer to the user/customer utilizing our website to purchase services or merchandise ("Product") or to browse our website. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Legal Promotions, Inc..ERRORS ON OUR WEBSITE
Despite our efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, complete and current, there may be instances when information about a Product contains inaccurate or incomplete data, including data about the Product's price or availability. We make no warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on our website at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original pay type.LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
We reserve the right to change Product pricing, terms, specifications and warranties without notice. In addition, we may revise these terms of use at any time by updating the website. Product displays are simulated. We reserve the right to limit the number of Products sold, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers. Prices do not include shipping, tax or insurance.If you are purchasing Products for export, you are responsible for the necessary export documentation before shipment is made to a foreign country. We will not ship to foreign locations. Warranties for exported Products may vary or be null and void.
DAMAGES
In no event shall LPI, its subsidiaries or affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives or agents be liable for special, incidental, consequential, punitive, indirect, or other special damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, use, or profits, however caused, whether for breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of any such damages.CUSTOM ORDER PROCESS
For Custom Orders, lead-time is 3-4 weeks AFTER artwork is approved by customer. Artwork must be submitted in an EPS format (please include the name of the font used for logo.) If you are having difficulty uploading the file, you can email the file to art@theautofile.com or send a CD to Legal Promotions Inc. 101 S. Elm Street, Suite 150 Greensboro, NC 27401.Once the artwork is complete, a PDF file will be emailed to you for approval before production begins. All custom orders are subject to 10% overrun or underrun. Freight is prepaid and billed. Order ships bulk to one location.
ARTWORK
If you need artwork created then LPI can create your artwork which is billed at $70/hour. LPI reserves the right to adjust pricing upon review of artwork.PRICES
Prices determined on the website are non-negotiable.PAYMENT TYPES WE ACCEPT ONLINE
We accept the following forms of payment for your online purchases: MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. For your online purchases, you may purchase multiple products in a single order, and we'll accept one credit card.We are unable to accept cash, checks, C.O.D. orders and wire transfers for any website purchases.
SALES TAX POLICY
We do business throughout the United States and accordingly collect sales and use tax as required by applicable law. Your confirmation of your order total will reflect the applicable state and local sales tax, if any. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order was shipped.ORDER FULFILLMENT
Shipped products: We ship orders on normal business days, which are Monday through Friday excluding government holidays. Weekend shipment of orders is not currently available. Orders requested will ship within 2 business days from when the order was completed. Order ships bulk to one location.For custom orders, once production has been completed and final payment has been secured, the order will ship within 2 business days from when final payment has been received. Orders are shipped bulk to one location. Freight is prepaid and billed.
You assume all risk of loss for shipped Products. Order information such as billing or shipping address that is inaccurate or incomplete may result in delays. Products can not be shipped to incomplete addresses or Post Office Boxes.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel your order within 2 hours from the time your order was submitted, we can issue a full refund to the original pay type. Otherwise, we are unable to refund any online purchase until your Product is received by you and returned to us.For custom order cancellations, once production has begun no refund will be issued and your credit card will be charged in full for the custom order. If a custom order is cancelled prior to production, then a full refund will be issued to the original pay type.
