Here are some of our frequently asked questions.

1. How long does shipping take?
Standard AutoFile Orders are shipped out within 1 to 2 days. UPS Ground shipment can take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days. For custom orders, there is a 3 to 4 week turnaround AFTER the artwork is approved. Once the item is shipped out, UPS Ground takes 2 to 5 business days.

2. Can I order a mix of custom English and Spanish autofiles?
For custom orders, you must order a TOTAL minimum of 1000 AutoFiles. For example, you can order 400 English Autofiles and 600 Spanish ones, as long as the minimum adds up to 1000.

3. Can I choose a different ink color?
No. We only offer the silver white tone. We have found this particular color to be effective based on legibility and aesthetics.

4. What if I don't have an EPS formatted logo?
Our art department can convert your logo into a vector (EPS format) file. However, we charge $70/hour for this service.

5. Do you offer the AutoFile in other languages?
Currently, we only offer AutoFiles in English and Spanish. If demand increases for other languages, we will most likely consider producing them. If you are interested in other languages, please contact us.
